We offer simple and convenient delivery at our stores at Nýbýlavegur 10, Kringlan, Smáralind, Fjörður and at Klukkan.is.
Order and collect
Customers are free to collect items purchased online at our stores at Nýbýlavegur 10, Kringlan, Smáralind or Fjörður. Opening hours can be found on the website. Items are ready for collection as soon as confirmation has been received by email.
Get it delivered
If you choose to have items delivered, shipping is free for orders over 15,000 kr.
For orders under 15,000 kr. the following rates apply:
Capital area:
- Dropp | Collection points: 790 kr.*
- Dropp | Home delivery: 1390 kr.*
* Free if you order for 15,000 kr.
Outside the capital area:
- Dropp | Collection points: 990 kr.
- Dropp | Home delivery (where available): 1490 kr.*
- Flytjandi | Collection points: 1390 kr.*
* Free if you order for 15,000 kr.
We use Dropp and Flytjandi to deliver orders.
Home delivery
Home delivery is available in the capital area, Reykjanesbær, Akranes, Selfoss, Hveragerði, Þorlákshöfn, Eyrarbakki, Stokkseyri, Hella and Hvolsvöllur.
If you require special arrangements for delivery, you can add a note with your order or contact us by phone at 554-4320 or send an email toklukkan@klukkan.is.
Same-day delivery
- With Dropp in the capital area, you can collect orders the same day if you order before 12:00 on weekdays. Other deliveries are usually ready the next business day.
- Home delivery is also available same-day on weekdays if you order before 11:00.
Outside the capital area
- Orders with Dropp are delivered the next business day to your chosen delivery location if you order before 12:00 on weekdays.
- Home delivery is available same-day or next business day at selected locations.
Returns and exchanges
The buyer has 90 days to return and exchange, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition with all accessories, packaging and attached tags (barcode and product information). Items on sale, special offer or in Outlet cannot be exchanged.
