Payment methods
It's easy and secure to shop at Klukkan.is. We place great emphasis on security in online transactions, and therefore offer several different payment methods in collaboration with recognised partners.
It is possible to pay for products at Klukkan.is with payment cards, both credit cards and debit cards. We also offer cardless transactions, where customers receive a payment slip in their online bank by using the Netgíró service, or transfer directly to us when completing an order.
OUR PARTNERS
BORGUN
Pay with credit card or debit card through Borgun's secure payment page. We accept all major payment cards. No payment card information is stored on our server; the entire payment process takes place on Borgun's payment page.
NETGÍRÓ
A convenient way to shop. Single payment with a 14-day payment period, or instalments over 2-12 months, directly in your online bank. You receive the products immediately but pay later.
PEI
Choice of payments with cards and payment slips, and easy to spread payments over a longer period without affecting credit card limits or bank transactions. An efficient interface speeds up processing and makes shopping more convenient.
OTHER SIMPLE PAYMENT METHODS
Bank Transfer
By bank transfer in your online bank. Payment must be received within 24 hours and a receipt sent from your online bank to klukkan@klukkan.is once payment has been made.
Refunds
When a refund is involved, the product or service is refunded using the same payment method that was originally used.
