Delivery
Orders can be picked up at our stores or delivered via Dropp or Flytjandi.Free delivery on orders of 15,000 kr. or more.For other orders, the following price list applies:

| Capital area– Dropp delivery point | 890 kr. |
| Capital area– Dropp home delivery | 1,390 kr. |
| Outside capital area– Dropp delivery point | 990 kr. |
| Outside capital area– Dropp home delivery* | 1,790 kr. |
| Outside capital area– Flytjandi delivery point | 1,490 kr. |
* Home delivery outside the capital area is available in Akranes, Reykjanesbær, Selfoss, Hveragerði, Þorlákshöfn, Eyrarbakki and Stokkseyri.
Dropp delivery points are located at N1 stations and other Dropp partners, such as Olís, Orkان and Kjörbúðin. Available delivery methods for your postcode will appear during checkout.
Delivery time
We dispatch orders every weekday. If you order before 11:00 on a weekday:
- Capital area:your order arrives the same day, both to delivery points and home.
- Outside capital area:your order arrives the next weekday.
Orders placed after 11:00 or on weekends are dispatched the next weekday.
Items in other stores:if items are located in a different Klukkan store than the one fulfilling the order, e.g. when an item is picked up in Fjörður and sent from Nýbýlavegur, delivery may take about one extra weekday.
Engraving:items with engraving may take longer.
Delivery follows the schedule of Dropp and Flytjandi at any given time and may be delayed, e.g. around major shopping days.
Pick up in store
Orders can be picked up at our stores at Nýbýlavegur 10, Kringlan, Smáralind and Fjörður during opening hours, once you have received an email confirmation that your order is ready.
