Delivery
Free delivery on orders of 15,000 kr. or more. Otherwise:
- Capital area – Dropp pickup point: 890 kr.
- Capital area – Dropp home delivery: 1,390 kr.
- Outside capital area – Dropp pickup point: 990 kr.
- Outside capital area – Dropp home delivery (where available): 1,790 kr.
- Outside capital area – Flytjandi pickup point: 1,490 kr.
Delivery time
Orders placed before 11:00 on a business day are delivered the same day in the capital area and the next business day outside the capital area. If items are located at another Klukkan store, delivery may take about one additional business day, and items with engraving may take longer. More about delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Unused items in original condition, with packaging and attached tags, may be exchanged within 90 days. Sale items, special offers or Outlet items cannot be exchanged. For online purchases, a 14-day right of return applies. The buyer pays the cost of returning items, but returns are free at our stores. See terms and conditions.
Warranty
Steel · gold plating
Gold plating on steel and brass jewellery is generally more durable. These pieces handle everyday wear and contact with water better and can be worn for longer periods at a time.
Perfume, creams, soaps, cleaning products and other substances can affect the surface and plating of jewellery. We therefore recommend putting jewellery on after applying perfume and skincare, and taking it off when cleaning or doing other work involving strong chemicals.
If the gold plating has faded, our goldsmith can assess whether the piece can be re-plated.
All our jewellery is made from hypoallergenic materials.
