Delivery time
Orders placed before 11:00 on a business day are delivered the same day in the capital area and the next business day outside the capital area. If items are located at another Klukkan store, delivery may take about one additional business day, and items with engraving may take longer. More about delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Unused items in original condition, with packaging and attached tags, may be exchanged within 90 days. Sale items, special offers or Outlet items cannot be exchanged. For online purchases, a 14-day right of return applies. The buyer pays the cost of returning items, but returns are free at our stores. See terms and conditions.

Gold jewellery holds up well to everyday wear and does not tarnish. Gold is, however, a soft metal that can scratch, and chlorine in swimming pools and hot tubs can affect the alloy. We therefore recommend taking gold jewellery off before swimming and hot tubs.
Perfume, creams, soaps, cleaning products and other substances can affect the surface and plating of jewellery. We therefore recommend putting jewellery on after applying perfume and skincare, and taking it off when cleaning or doing other work involving strong chemicals.
All our jewellery is made from hypoallergenic materials.

What do the hallmarks 333, 585 and 750 mean?
The hallmark shows the proportion of pure gold in the piece. 333 is 8-carat gold (33.3% gold), 585 is 14-carat (58.5%) and 750 is 18-carat (75%).
The rest is other metals that give the gold strength and colour.
Does gold tarnish?
Pure gold does not tarnish. In lower carats the alloy can develop a slight film over time, but it usually comes off easily with cleaning.
How do I clean gold jewellery?
Soak the piece in lukewarm water with mild soap, brush gently with a soft brush, rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
Avoid chlorine, e.g. in swimming pools and hot tubs, and strong cleaning products.
How should I store gold jewellery?
Gold is a soft metal and can scratch. Store pieces separately in a box or soft pouch so they don't rub against each other.
Fasten chains before putting them away so they don't tangle.
