Free delivery on orders of 15,000 kr. or more. Otherwise:

Delivery time
Orders placed before 11:00 on a business day are delivered the same day in the capital area and the next business day outside the capital area. If items are located at another Klukkan store, delivery may take about one additional business day, and items with engraving may take longer. More about delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Unused items in original condition, with packaging and attached tags, may be exchanged within 90 days. Sale items, special offers or Outlet items cannot be exchanged. For online purchases, a 14-day right of return applies. The buyer pays the cost of returning items, but returns are free at our stores. See terms and conditions.

Silver · plated
Our silver jewellery is either rhodium-plated or gold-plated. The plating can fade over time, so we recommend taking silver jewellery off before sleeping, showering, swimming and other contact with water. It is also good to give your jewellery a rest and avoid wearing it continuously for long periods.
Perfume, creams, soaps, cleaning products and other substances can affect the surface and plating of jewellery. We therefore recommend putting jewellery on after applying perfume and skincare, and taking it off when cleaning or doing other work involving strong chemicals.
Silver can tarnish over time, which is a natural process. The shine is usually easy to restore with a dedicated silver cleaner or polishing cloth.
If the gold plating has faded, our goldsmith can assess whether the piece can be re-plated.
All our jewellery is made from hypoallergenic materials.

Why does silver tarnish?
Silver reacts with air, moisture, cosmetics and other substances and can darken as a result. This is a natural process and does not mean the piece is faulty.
The shine can usually be restored with a polishing cloth or silver cleaner. Bring the piece to one of our stores if you are unsure what to use.
What does the 925 hallmark mean?
925 stands for sterling silver, which is 92.5% pure silver. The rest is usually copper, which makes the silver stronger and more durable.
Why does the plating fade?
Rhodium and gold plating is a thin layer over the silver that gradually wears with friction, water and contact with chemicals.
If the plating has faded, our goldsmith can assess whether the piece can be re-plated.
How do I best care for my jewellery?
Take it off before sleeping, showering, swimming and sports, and put it on after applying perfume and creams.
Store it in a dry place, ideally in a box or pouch, separate from other jewellery.
