Delivery
Free delivery on orders of 15,000 kr. or more. Otherwise:

Delivery time
Orders placed before 11:00 on a business day are delivered the same day in the capital area and the next business day outside the capital area. If items are located at another Klukkan store, delivery may take about one additional business day, and items with engraving may take longer. More about delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Unused items in original condition, with packaging and attached tags, may be exchanged within 90 days. Sale items, special offers or Outlet items cannot be exchanged. For online purchases, a 14-day right of return applies. The buyer pays the cost of returning items, but returns are free at our stores. See terms and conditions.
Warranty
The watch withstands rain, splashes and hand washing. Do not wear it in the shower, while swimming or bathing.

- Hot tubs, steam and sauna: Never wear a watch, regardless of water resistance. Heat and steam can damage the seals and let moisture into the watch. The same applies to hot showers.
More water resistance tips
- The metres are not a diving depth. The figure shows the pressure the watch withstands in a static test. Movement in water, jumps and waves increase the pressure.
- Crown and buttons: Never press buttons or pull out the crown in water. A screw-down crown must be fully screwed in before going into the water.
- After the sea or pool: Rinse the watch with fresh, cold water and dry it. Salt and chlorine are hard on seals and straps.
- The strap matters too: Leather and fabric straps do not tolerate water well, even if the watch itself does.
- Water resistance decreases over time as the seals age. Have them checked regularly, e.g. when the battery is replaced, and after the watch has been opened.
- Condensation or moisture under the glass: Stop using the watch immediately and bring it to us.
